CLLR provides subscription-based trade intelligence services. This refund policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

All subscription plans (Basic $9.90/mo, Pro $20/mo, Enterprise $100/mo) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

• Cancellation: When you cancel, you retain full access to your subscribed features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew for the next period.
• No partial refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund if:

• You were charged after cancelling your subscription (duplicate/erroneous charge)
• The service was completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your billing period due to our system failure
• You were charged for a plan you did not subscribe to

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Dodo Payments and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Free Tier

The Free Tier of CLLR is provided at no cost and is not subject to this refund policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
