Cancellation and refund policy
You can cancel renewal at any time. Refund eligibility depends on whether paid analyst capacity has already been consumed.
Trials and cancellation
Trials can be cancelled before the first charge. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period unless the payment provider states otherwise.
Eligible refunds
Contact us within 7 calendar days of the first charge. The first subscription payment is eligible when no paid due-diligence request has been consumed and no analyst report has been delivered. Duplicate or unauthorized charges are always investigated.
Non-refundable work
Completed analyst reports, consumed due-diligence capacity and completed custom research are non-refundable because staff time has already been delivered. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
How to request
Use the contact page with the account email, payment date and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; provider processing commonly takes 5–10 business days.
